As a site supervisor at the New Ercan Airport construction site, I oversee a variety of tasks, primarily specializing in civil engineering works, including finishing/rough works and infrastacture works among more than 70 items. I began my career at the location where I completed my long-term internship. I have consistently performed my duties diligently, demonstrating my commitment to excellence day and night. I excel in tasks such as overseeing projects from inception to completion, preparing progress payments for construction activities, coordinating on-site operations, and conducting thorough construction inspections. Since embarking on my career in construction at the age of 21 in 2021, I have prioritized continuous self-improvement and contributed to the development of those around me. The airport construction was successfully completed and operationalized on July 20, 2023. I have since continued to advance in my field, serving as a supervisor for civil engineering works for three years. Each day on the site brings new challanges and opportunities. In the ever-changing and evolving construction site, I have led my team to achieve significant milestones. Every new day underscores the importance of being open to learning and innovation. In this dynamic and exciting environment, I am eager to achieve even greater successes.
