C. Target Customers Mr. Tunc’s target customers will primarily include restaurants, food venues, kitchens run by other professional chefs, etc. and individuals organizing events. While delivering his services to this clientele, Mr. Tunc will use his own vehicle and/or the customers’ own transport facilities for transportation whenever/whichever alternative is convenient/offered. As illustrated below, the target customers comprise a broad variety of businesses and individuals: • Restaurants willing to get private chef services during busy periods, • Other active chefs in demand of professional assistance, • Any entity/individual looking for Turkish & Middle Eastern kitchen, fish culinary and/or private chef services, • Mobile/private chef services requiring clients for various events, • Food venues in search of a private/mobile chef who has enough experience and work Background
