When we begin to understand the shape-ground-needs structure in human nature, we actually see many differences that emerge from different perspectives by looking at a single shape. What emerges determines human needs and orientation. So what is behind the need? To make sense of this, we must deal with the depth of the triggering shape. This depth reveals to us the truth about ourselves. The reality we hold includes our past, our behaviors and tendencies regarding people and relationships. I believe that the more we diversify ourselves by being aware of this world of differences, the more we will develop and this is how it is. During the coaching process, I contribute to making people's lives easier by discovering their potential by discussing together all kinds of issues in their life flow that they want to find the meaning of, want to see behind, analyze and move forward by enabling them to expand in a creative and powerful way. While coaching, one of my primary principles is to establish a bond of trust with the people I work with. In this safe space, we can travel deeper with the person and discover his or her potential. Here, as a coach, I support the individual process by working to serve each person's own purpose while accompanying them. I analyze the emotions and situations experienced by the person with various approaches and carry out studies through the process of creating sensation, definition and awareness.
