I am International Yoga teacher and I teach yoga and meditation classes in English and Russian languages. I start my yoga journey from Russia and then I moved to land of Yoga - India to learn more about the traditions and culture. I have been teaching the private and group classes in different countries and my concern is to keep the traditional way of Yoga and to improve not only physical, but as well mental health for the stress relief and relaxation. As a therapist I use some techniques to help in the asanas( body positions) to improve it and to adjust it.
