Hi there! My name is Melisa and I'm excited to help you learn English! Originally from Turkey, I've lived in Los Angeles for 5 years now. I'm here to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to learn English, whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your conversational or formal skills. I want to share what I've learned from my American Accent classes with you as well. My teaching style is centered around fun and engaging activities, including games and role-playing. I believe that learning while having fun is the best way to learn. I would also love to share tips on how to learn English outside of class and help you prepare for studying abroad, especially in the US. I previously assisted Middle School kids with their Math classes and helped my peers in their college Microeconomics classes as an SI Leader. I got training related to effective teaching style and communication standards. If you are looking for a safe environment to practice and improve your conversational skills in English or would like to provide an opportunity for your child to learn basic English, I am here to help you!
