This is Mert from Kocaeli. I've been a private tutor since '16 and I've started my professional teaching career as an English Teacher in 2021. These days, I'm into having some projects done with my students at my current workplace, this is something I truly care about, as well. I would like to have lots of projects done like ERASMUS projects, Junior Modern United Nation assemblies or MUN's, global contests and such as a part of a teaching staff. Academically speaking, I hold more than enough field knowledge and would like to use them in my further life as well. Doing master's is also an ambition of mine that I would like to realize. Holding not only field knowledge, but also a vast amount of worldwide cultural proficiency: I consider myself a global citizen who just hasn't been able to step out of his country yet. I would like to discover more about how we learn a language, what are some efficient methods of teaching a language and how can we benefit from technology in education. I'm experienced in learning different languages like Korean and Japanese, and they were truly experiences of utmost importance in my life. I'm still learning them, learning is an endless journey. And I want to tell people about my journey, so that maybe it will ignite the flame that is curiosity in some of them. Skills that I am most proud of holding are empathy, addressing to a crowd, leadership, in-field and knowledge of world, being mentally strong and being proficient in understanding the human psychology with anything that has to do with being social and includes interpersonal skills.
