Serkan Yolcu, born in Ankara, Turkey, in 1986, received his B.A. in graphic design from Gazi University and Dumlupınar University. He has been involved in graphic design teams of various festivals and social responsibility projects. In 2008, he won the "Youngest Graphic Designer of the Year" nationwide award by winning the Primeur Wine Label Design Competition organized by Kavaklıdere Winery which is a prestigious wine producer in Turkey. The artist who participated in many mixed exhibitions until today, opened his first personal exhibition "Ordinary Day" at CerModern Art Center in Ankara, 2011. Serkan Yolcu, working also as illustrator for various magazines, continues his career in Istanbul.
