I m a fitness enthusiast in many aspects. I ve been trained as a yoga instructor in Vancouver, Canada. I m 200HR certified. and I ve been exposed to various other sports including crossfit, boxing, Pilates and HIIT. I spend my summers in Bodrum, Turkey and my winters travelling and attending various yoga camps around the world. I believe in yoga as both a great way to build muscle and tone the body and at the same time find peace with oneself. I speak Turkish and English fluently and I m open to teaching group classes or individual classes. Please contact me for more information.
